How do I register to start using TTP Labtech online store?
Please go to the register tab. If you are new to our website then please fill out the registration form and we will create a company account and user login for you. If your company already has an account, then we will add you to that account and create a user login for you.

Why can’t I see the product prices?

The store operates in EUR, GBP and USD currencies. Please go to the Register tab. Once a user has registered for an account and it has been activated (within 24 hours Mon-Fri GMT/BST), the product prices will then be visible in the currency chosen at the time of registration.

I have forgotten/need to change my password, how can I reset it?

If you would like to change your password please login using your current username and password. Go to My Account on the menu bar and select 'Change password'. If you have forgotten your password please click 'forgotten your password?' under the login menu and enter your email address.

How do I order?

Find the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
Click on the shopping cart, then complete the order by adding your payment and shipping details.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment options - by invoice for an unlimited amount (with a purchase order number) or by credit card to an order value of £5000 (including shipping and handling charges) or the USD/EUR equivalent.

Where can I view my order history/saved orders?

To find details on your saved orders or order history please login and go to My Account on the menu bar.

I have ordered but my products have not arrived yet.

Please login and check the status of your order in the Order History.

What do I do if the goods are damaged when I receive them?
